All orders for these products are shipped via our next business day delivery service by courier. Orders placed after 2:00pm (GMT) will be shipped the following business day. Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked or DPD next day Parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: NO ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED OR DELIVERED ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR BANK HOLIDAYS.

Delivery Costs: £7.00 for all UK mainland orders (not including punchbags).

For orders to Northern Ireland, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Punch Bag Deliveries: 

Punchbags are only dispatched via Pallet deliveries on a Wednesday.

Delivery Costs: 1-6 bags £55.00 for UK mainland orders.
